Mr. Ashwathkumar is a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering at National Institute of Management in Bangalore. I am in this family since 2018 as a General Manager Facility & am completely in charge of Grand Majestic Mall for day to day mall operations. Is expertise in designing & implementing environmental management systems for optimal business performance proven skills in devising solutions for maintaining sound environmental and safety conditions, Proficient in conducting fire safety internal audits & risk assessment & implementing various measures to achieve high safety in the organizations also excellent communication & interpersonal skills with strong analytical, team building, problem solving and organizational capabilities. My roles & responsibility would be Spearheading the entire operations like a technical engineering, crisis handling, hygienic, parking management, firefighting, fire alarm system, PA system and CCTV. Conducting regular audits at the client’s location for ensuring safety measures & effective maintenance planning and execution for all portable and fixed fire-fighting equipment also organizing and managing daily routine checks up for various equipment and safety aspects on all installations & Mentoring and motivating various teams of technicians and operators to achieve the targets as per the schedule.
